Ski passes are issued on chip cards. The deposit for the chip card is €2. The chip card deposit will only be returned for UNDAMAGED and FULLY FUNCTIONAL CARDS.
All types of ski passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE! Monitoring of ski pass users! Each time the customer passes through the turnstile, a photo is taken, which is used for proof purposes. For transportation, use only ski passes purchased at the resort’s official sales points, exclusively for yourself. Ski passes received or purchased from other persons are invalid and visitors will be BLOCKED when trying to use them! The visitor is obliged to show a valid ski pass/ticket when asked by an authorized employee of the ski resort. If the employee discovers that the client is riding on an invalid or illegally discounted ski pass/ticket, this will also be BLOCKED without the right to a refund.
Children under the age of 5.99 are entitled to free transport only on the condition that they use the services exclusively accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. In order to make a claim, the customer must present the child’s insurance card. A ski pass is not bought (issued) for children, they go through the turnstile together with a parent (responsible person) to their ski pass or they can climb under the gates.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12.99 are entitled to the “Children” ski pass. In order to make a claim, the customer must present the child’s insurance card.
Persons aged 13 to 19 are entitled to a “Junior” ski pass. In order to make a claim, the customer is required to present an identity card (children under 15 years of age, insurance card).
In order to make a claim, the customer must present an ISIC, ITIC, EURO26 card. The ski pass is only valid together with this pass, carry it with you. During the inspection, the owner of the ski pass is also obliged to present it. When purchasing ski passes through the ESKIPASS e-shop, holders of ISIC, ITIC and EURO26 cards must first register. Without registration and subsequent verification of the license number, a purchase at favorable prices is not possible.
A person over the age of 60 is entitled to a “Senior” ski pass. In order to make a claim, the customer must present an identity card.

Pre uplatnenie nároku pri kúpe na pokladni je potrebné predložiť preukaz totožnosti a preukaz ZŤP, ZŤP-S (pri ZŤP-S má nárok na zľavu aj sprievodca).
Pre nákup skipasov online cez ESKIPASS e-shop sa držitelia preukazov ZŤP / ZŤP-S musia doň najskôr zaregistrovať a následne zaslať scan (fotokópiu) preukazu ZŤP, ZŤP-S na e-mailovú adresu [email protected].
Po jej doručení k nám obdrží zákazník potvrdzujúci e-mail, ktorým mu bude priznaný alebo zamietnutý nárok na zľavu z titulu zdravotného postihnutia.
Combining discounts or cumulating discounts with other discounts is not possible. The ski resort reserves the right to make changes to the transport ticket tariffs. All prices include VAT.
The price of Ski Passes does not include entry to the ski school area (lift J, slope no. 7). Before buying a ski pass, we recommend that you first contact the ski school staff about which ski pass you will need.
Timed ski passes of 2 and 4 hours are valid from the first passage through the turnstile until the end of the time period for which they were purchased or the end of the operating hours of daily skiing in the center on the day they were purchased.
The ski pass from 12:30 is valid from 12:30 to 15:30.
The 2-hour “ski lift for beginners” time pass is valid for 2 hours only on the lifts marked on the map as H and I. Any remaining time is not transferred to evening skiing or to the next day.
Timed ski passes are not valid for evening skiing!
The ski pass is valid during the opening hours of evening skiing in the resort – from 17:00 to 20:30. Night skiing is available only on lifts H210 – down (C, D) and slope number 1b. Ski passes for 4 out of 5 days, 5 out of 7 days and seasonal ski passes are also valid for evening skiing.
1 day – the ticket is only valid for daily skiing on the day it was purchased, unused time is not carried over to the next day.
2 out of 3 days – valid for any 2 out of 3 days from the date of purchase or validity.
3 out of 4 days – valid for any 3 out of 4 days from the date of purchase or validity.
Ski passes for 1 day, 2 out of 3 days and 3 out of 4 days are not valid for evening skiing.
4 out of 5 days – valid any 4 out of 5 days from the date of purchase or validity. It also applies to evening skiing.
5 out of 7 days – valid for any 5 out of 7 days from the date of purchase or validity. It also applies to evening skiing.
1 x entry ski tourers – the ticket is valid for one person, only on the day of its purchase.
Seasonal tourers – valid for the entire winter season 2023/24, it is issued for first and last name, the holder is obliged to enter his first and last name, date of birth and his photo will be taken at the cash desk in the resort. These data serve only for the purpose of proving whether the ticket is used by the person in question, who is listed on the ticket and in the system as the owner.
The price of ski passes and tickets includes insurance for interventions by the Mountain Service on marked ski tracks in the resort, during the resort’s operating hours and on the days of validity of the ski pass/ticket.
The center’s operating hours are 8:30-15:30 for daytime skiing and 17:00-20:30 for evening skiing.

The ski center reserves the right to limit the transport capacity according to the current load and weather conditions.
The Skipass and/or Ticket does not entitle its holder to carry out any business or other gainful activity (including the activity of ski schools) on ski tracks and accessible ski areas without the consent of ORAVA SKIPARK a.s. as an operator and relevant permits in accordance with generally binding legal regulations. Without the operator’s consent, the use of ski tracks and accessible ski areas for advertising purposes (e.g. placement of sales stands, advertising equipment, etc.) is prohibited.
NOTE: The CENTER is CLOSED (including parking lots) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.! Ski alpinists and all unauthorized persons are prohibited from entering the slopes! There is a risk of injury from the cables of snow machines and machines for preparing the tracks, especially winches with unrolled rope. In the case of evening skiing, only skiers have access to slope 1b between 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Ski tourers after 4:00 p.m. entry prohibited even during evening skiing.
In the winter season 2023/2024, paragliding is strictly prohibited in the entire SKI PARK Kubínska hoła!
